Burnt Biscuit is rapidly becoming one of the most popular bands in south Florida. During the four years they have been together they have developed a huge fan base. The group consists of Roger White (keyboards, vocals), Del Mize (guitar, harmonica, vocals), Mike Burns (bass, vocals), Gwen Bishop (fiddle, banjo, acoustic guitar, vocals) and Paul Romanelli (drums). All members of Burnt Biscuit have come from professional music backgrounds and have toured with groups based in Nashville, Atlanta and Miami.
Due to the versatility of Burnt Biscuit’s musicians, they have a large repertoire and can play music ranging from old school rock and roll to jazz. However, their forte is modern country. They have played on the same billings as Heartland, Carolina Rain, Alan Jackson, Hank Williams Jr., Trace Adkins, Josh Gracin, Mark Chesnutt and Vince Gill.
Currently, Burnt Biscuit is working on their latest CD, which will feature all original songs. They are also playing private parties, concerts and special venues.

Del comes from Atlanta, GA. He adds a unique and distinctive vocal style
complemented by his unmistakable guitar techniques and prolific songwriting talent.
He’s shared the stage with Tracy Lawrence, Kimber Clayton, Atlanta Rhythm Section, 38 Special, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Edgar Winter and many others. |

Roger is a Buckeye from the great state of Ohio. Along with his vibrant personality,
he is a “monster” piano player. Roger was a member of THE MAVERICKS before a
founding member of BURNT BISCUIT. His stage presence & complementing vocal
add undeniable warmth to the band. |

Bass, Harmony Vocals
Mike is a native Floridian. His laid back demeanor and witty humor
boils over into his fluid bass lines. Mike, a Southern rocker as heart has performed with
many well known artists. He brings up the bottom and holds it all together. |
